Role: UI Visual Designer

Project background: Up to date design for the ASDA eCommerce site.

Core responsibilities: Working as part of the cross-functional UI/UX team to enhance the online customer experience. This role involved a strong understanding of typography, visual design and translation of wireframes into ‘hi-res’ screens for the development team.

It also required previous eCommerce experience thatI gained, having worked with Costco. In addition to the aforementioned, I was involved in MVT and user reserarch. The software used were the industry standard tools: Axure for wire-framing, Adobe CC Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch.
